IBS specialise in the design and supply of long centre, high capacity overland conveyors. We have the capability to design in both curved and straight flight. Our designs have been used in all bulk materials applications including Iron Ore, Coal, Bauxite and Wood chip.

Our involvement and experience with overland belt conveyors and industrial belt conveyors starts with concept feasibility design, conveyor and structure detail design, through manufacturing and ongoing project management to installation and commissioning.

Our belt conveyor packages, which can also include marshalling cabinets and electrical switchgear offer a total design and manufacturing package utilising many years of combined experience, and are the best choice in solids handling for mining, resources and process industries.

IBS belt conveyors are designed to AS1755 for safety requirements and comply with all other relevant Australian Standards and/or international equivalent standards.

Additionally, IBS are expert in designing and providing Stockpiling Systems, including Skyline Stacking Systems, Fixed Slewing Stackers and Long Travelling Rail Mounted Stackers.

For a large range of stockpile capacities and shapes, ranging from small kidney shaped surge piles served by tyre mounted slewing stackers through to longitudinal stockpiles of large cross sectional areas. Data Feeds from sensors mounted on the plant can be received into the system, passed though pre-set limits, with alerts or warnings being automatically generated to key users. All history is maintained on a database and available for interpretation and action recommendation, enabling better maintenance response and thus maximising the life span of your equipment.
